Packages

All properties are different, therefore we understand that some rooms will not be large enough for all of the items in our package and we need to make better use of the space.

That is why we have devised 3 packages all slightly different for 2, 3, 4 bedroom Properties. We also have specific development packages tailor made to fit your rooms. Just enquire for further details.

Choices

Choice of leather, suede, fabric or wood for headboards, bedside tables and mirrors. Choice of leather, suede, fabric for sofas.

Choice of wood (and shade of wood as they are specially made) for tables or glass option available.

Choice of colours for each room, soft furnishings and decoration.

All of our lights, shower cubicles and screens come fully fitted and included in price.

Turnaround time 4-6 weeks.

Turnkey service - once completed you are ready to let.

Additional items custom made

Choice of colours, fabrics for each one. 

Tub or Bucket chair in leather, suede or fabric - ideal for lounge if you choose corner or chaise sofa, lovely in a large bedroom to contrast with your headboards. 

High back almost 3 metres high chair, with one arm, very contemporary, very differentThey look stunning in a large lounge, hallway.

Chaise Longue - choice of leather, suede or fabric - loungers paradise, ideal for a good size bedroom, lounge or hallway.  

Day beds - WOW, these are so comfortable, an armchair with legroom, choice of colours again, great for lounge in front of TV or bedroom. These are large so room size permitting. 

Zip together beds - Ideal if you hope to let your property to golfers/and or families and couples.In a master bedroom (room size permitting) zipped together these make up a 180cm super king size bed. If you need to, you can split into 2 standard size single beds too. We would recommend a long headboard to stretch across the entire wall for this option, then if you split the beds in two and move the bedsides the headboard still sits nicely behind - no gaps.  

All of these items can be custom made (except the bed) by our upholsterer and added to your total package price.
